Executive Director
Christina Ingrassia
Christina is a business savvy visionary with a passion for new artistic opportunities in the community. She’s been performing in theatre since her early school years and continued on into college where she earned her Theatre Performance Associates Degree from Delgado Community College. Since graduating in 2011, she’s worked in both props and production in the film industry, owned a theatre production company in New Orleans and has performed at various local theaters in the New Orleans Metro Area. Besides theatre, Christina is a real estate entrepreneur and investor on the Northshore and Southshore. She started her real estate business 8 years ago and is the founder and team lead of The Ingrassia Group with Latter & Blum. Her passion and love for the theatre community has always been alive and she finds ambition in cultivating a space where her fellow creatives can share their art with each other and the community.
Creative Director
Courtney Calato Lee
Courtney is a theatre artist who has tried and worn many hats. She got her start performing at a young age and went on to earn her BFA in Theatrical Performance from the University of Southern Mississippi. Since then she’s worked professionally at children’s theaters across the country, and even became a professional stunt performer for the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire for three seasons. In that time, she studied with Dueling Arts International to become a professional fight director and has worked regionally in that capacity since 2018. While she still enjoys performing, her true calling and love is with directing, specifically by breathing new life into well known classics so they can continue to be enjoyed by every generation.

Upon his return to Louisiana in 2013, he founded Sound Advice, a private studio offering vocal coaching and sound consulting. In addition to providing direction for numerous productions at local theaters, for the past five years he has served as Music Director for the Marian Players of St. Paul’s School in Covington. Instinctively drawn to the world of stage lighting and design, this has become his signature medium for self-expression. He holds a Master's of Science in Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University, which has guided him to become a more sympathetic and impassioned storyteller. He seeks to prioritize mental health for performers, and believes that even artists with adverse pasts have a beautiful and necessary story to tell. He is fervently driven to create art that invites individuals to stop for a moment, take a breath, and share an experience.
